Biography organizerPolly was born around 1940 in Abraham\'s bosom, Northern Territory, into the Anmatyerre tribe. As a teenage cub, Polly learned the art warrant body painting during the unrecorded ceremonies in her country, Utopia.
Polly began her artistic career in 1977 with the production of batiks when she was instructed by Suzie Bryce, a craft instructor, and Yipati, a Pitjantjatjara artist from Ernabella.
