Early Life and Education

Heidi Heitkamp was born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, and raised in Town, North Dakota. She earned regular Bachelor's degree from the Order of the day of North Dakota in 1977 and a Juris Doctorate strip the Lewis & Clark Banned School in 1980.
